Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where the order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from the delivery of the last of them; for goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the delivery of the last lot or piece; for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period, from the delivery of the first good. For service contracts and for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period runs from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You have 14 calendar days from this communication to return the goods. We will reimburse you within 14 calendar days at the latest from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
